    TRAC FM is a new innovative software platform using radio and SMS to enable you to track citizen reports and collect citizen feedback.

    Based on poll questions, listeners can vote and air their voices through a toll-free SMS line (free of charge) and interact with the radio studio through a real-time visualization

    TRAC FM engages citizens in meaningful public debate and changes them from passive listeners to active participants.

    To ensure successful implementation, our experienced staff guides partners on effective use of the TRAC FM platform and provides training on how to set up quality interactive radio programs.

IDS research paper commisioned by Hivos featuring TRAC FM case study

The Institute of Development Studies (IDS) recently published a paper on the use and implementation of technologies used to promote citizen participation, Transparency and accountability. In this paper TRAC FM is featured as one of two case studies on so called T4TAIs (Technologies for Transparency and Accountability).
